VAS 5054A software installtion error

When installing the obd2 software VAS 5054A software, there have a error always occurred as shown, what is the problem?

The VAS 5054A install error is the system issues, because the customer’s system does not support the software or his C:// is not be NTFS format.

VAS 5054A Computer Windows System Requirements:
Windows System Language: American English
Windows XP(xp2/xp3)
System C:// have to be NTFS format
C:// need to have at least 10GB space for installing VAS5054A
