Genuine Super mb star c3 benz diagnosis error and solution

Super mb star C3 is made by original factory. Free update online for one year. This is the most powerful scanner for Mercedes Benz vehicles.

There are 3 kind of HDD to choose: Dell D630 HDD, IBM T30 HDD, External HDD.

For D630 and T30 HDD, just directly activate and use Mb Star C3 . For external HDD, you need to install the virtual driver first, then activation the software on virtual driver.

Here is the one error for one of our customer. After he install the virtual driver ready, open the software, then get this prompt: “The file specified is not a virtual disk”.

Solution: This error is caused by the virtual driver. You open several virtual driver. Please close them all.  Then restart the virtual driver for super Mb Star C3 . Then go on to use it.
