How to install Mb Star C3 software

When i install the Mb Star C3 software, it prompt me”Internal error: (3.17)-3.29. Please contact the Star Diagnosis Call Center”. I am not sure which step is wrong, can you help me point the problem and solve it?

You change file lic-key2 of C to “only read”. Please cancel it.
